The challenge of the concept was to create a modern architecture, innovative, emblematic and symbolic of the functions to be accommodated, while respecting the architecture of the city of Agadir.
The concept delicately shows modern and innovative technologies while applying the issues of visual stability, harmony and dynamism which have proved to be crucial. The striking image of this architecture is achieved through the use of an external structural triangular cross member. The complex, reinforced by this simple but clean geometric trellis, integrates interior and exterior spaces to present a clear and continuous view. The highly sequential diamond array spacing provides viewers with a thrilling experience rather than a messy visual impact.
Finally, it is an environmentally friendly building, made of recyclable materials such as steel, concrete and glass, and using energy efficient systems based on renewable energies.
